This is a refreshing watermelon iced tea that you can make at home using a few simple ingredients that taste fabulous.
It is great for boosting your metabolism, full of nutrients, a great immune builder and also for great weight loss!
You can also make this into a smoothie if you prefer to keep the fiber in this – so it is really two recipes in one 🙂
Watermelon Iced Tea - Great for Weight Loss
Ingredients
- 1 packet Organic White Tea
- 3 slices Ginger
- hot Boiled Water
- 1 fresh Lemon juiced
- fresh Watermelon
- fresh Mint leaves optional
- Ice Cubes
- Coconut Sugar optional, to taste

- Brew your tea with some sliced fresh ginger. Let sit in the refrigerator till cold. I like to do mine at night time and have it ready for the morning.
- Put some ice cubes in a tall glass. Half fill with brewed and cooled white tea.
- Add a dash of lemon juice - add as little or as much as you like. You could also add some coconut sugar for extra sweetness if you like.
- Blend some fresh watermelon and strain the juice. Add juice to the tea glass and mix for a refreshing drink loaded with health boosting goodness. Enjoy!
