Watermelon Iced Tea – Great for Weight Loss
This is a refreshing watermelon iced tea that you can make at home using a few simple ingredients. It is great for boosting your metabolism, full of nutrients, a great immune builder and also for weight loss! You can also make this into a smoothie if you prefer to keep the fiber in this – so it is really two recipes in one 🙂

  1. Brew your tea with some sliced fresh ginger. Let sit in the refrigerator till cold. I like to do mine at night time and have it ready for the morning.
  2. Put some ice cubes in a tall glass. Half fill with brewed and cooled white tea.
  3. Add a dash of lemon juice – add as little or as much as you like. You could also add some coconut sugar for extra sweetness if you like.
  4. Blend some fresh watermelon and strain the juice. Add juice to the tea glass and mix for a refreshing drink loaded with health boosting goodness. Enjoy!
