This vegan apple protein smoothie is so creamy and delicious – and 100% plant based.

I like to have this after a gym workout, an evening “dessert” or for a quick breakfast on the go.


Just a few simple ingredients and you have a taste sensation ready to enjoy.

Best of all, there’s no need for store bought protein powder!

Ingredients:

1 medium apple, cored
2 cups almond milk (soy or hemp milks are great too)
1 cup frozen shelled edamame (ready to eat when thawed style)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender.
