1 wholemeal wrap bread (or any wraps bread that you like)

OPTIONAL FILLING: mac and cheese tofu scramble
Or any fillings of your choice: eg. baked beans, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, vegan cheese, chillis, fresh herbs


Place the wrap flat bread over a turned over bowl and place in microwave for 1 minute. You can also put it over an oven proof dish and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes until crispy.

Shape your edible bowl and let cool for 1 minute.

It will now be shaped, crunchy and ready to fill. YUM! Breakfast is served!
