This vegan breakfast pizza is ready in 10 minutes and tastes amazing!
What a great start to the day – and it’s made with simple plant based ingredients.
You can easily make this gluten free and use any toppings that you like.
It’s a great way to use up left overs and kickstart your day with a tasty savory vegan breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 large flat bread (gluten free if you prefer, eg. quinoa flat bread)
Toppings of choice, use any that you like
tomato paste
hummus
boiled potato, sliced
mushrooms, sliced
tofu scramble
marinated bell peppers, drained and sliced
Vegan Cheese Sauce
2 tbsp hummus
2 tbsp unsweetened vegan yoghurt (or extra hummus)
1 tsp miso paste
2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C/360F.
Place flat bread on a pizza tray and top with suggested toppings shown in the video demo, or use any toppings that you like.
Make the vegan cheese sauce by mixing all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place dollops of the sauce on top of your pizza.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes and serve hot!
This is perfect for breakfast, but I make this all the time with all types of toppings at any time of the day.
