Thank you for invited us in your kitchen and showing us some really amazing recipes. I have a question about your morning smoothies: Can I make them early morning, pour them in a bottle and take them with me for work sipping throughout the morning , early afternoon as I leave them on my desk ( and without placing them in a fridge)
It depends what’s in your smoothies. You could always take a small cooler bag and sit it in there so it stays fresh and cool. Give it a try and see how it goes 🙂
