You’ll Want To Put This Vegan Parmesan Cheese Recipe  on EVERYTHING! (Nut Free, Plant Based, High Protein!)

This easy substitute is quick to make and best of all, is nut free and high in protein!

I love to use this on top of pasta dishes, mashed potatoes, soups, sandwiches and so much more. The options are endless, and the taste is out of this world.

It’s a great day when simple pantry ingredients come together to make a delicious addition to a meal. YUM!

Ingredients:

VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE RECIPE
(Nut Free, High Protein)

1 cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps dried mixed italian herbs (or 1 tsp dried thyme and 1 tsp dried rosemary)
1 tsp coarse celtic sea salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender, making sure that the sunflower seeds are the closest ingredient to the blade.

Pulse to grind up the sunflower seeds.

Keep pulsing until you get the texture you like. I like mine a bit chunky and like to keep some of the hemp seeds still whole as per the video demonstration.
