Who else loves chocolate spread for breakfast or over fruit?

This simple vegan nutella recipe is quick and easy to make and will get rid of those sweet cravings quickly.

I love having this home made vegan nutella on toast with banana or as a dipping sauce for strawberries…

Ingredients:

SERVES 4

2 tbsp cacao powder
100g/3.5oz hazelnut meal (ground up hazelnuts)
4-5 tbsp coconut milk (or plant milk of choice eg. almond, oat, soy)
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 tsps water
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (optional, to taste)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine.

Eat up!
