This vegan sandwich spread is easy to make in just minutes!
It is 100% plant based and loaded with iron and protein.
I love to use this vegan sandwich spread in many different ways… it’s great on baked sweet potato, mixed through mashed potatoes, rolled into nori sheets with cucumber and brown rice. The options are only limited by your imagination.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cannellini beans
2 tbsp avocado
1/2 tsp dried coriander powder
1 tsp dried italian herb mix
1 tsp white miso paste
chilli flakes to taste
black and white pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mash together with a fork until mixed to the texture you like. Or place in a small blender for a super creamy texture.
I spread this amount onto one sandwich, but it can be easily used for 2 serves.
