This no oil sweet potato dressing is so easy to make.

Just a few plant based ingredients combine into a super creamy dressing that will make any salad or vegetables a delight to eat.

No nuts, dairy or eggs – yet so rich and creamy.

This blend and serve dressing is one of my favorites. I hope you like it as much as I do…

SERVES: makes approx. 1 cup

1/2 cup sweet potato, cooked
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic paste (or half clove fresh garlic)
1 tsp miso paste
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup oat milk
ground black pepper to taste


Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

NOTE: This will keep for about 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
