I love what you had on day 2 for dinner the Tofu pockets looks delicious. Your son seems to love it. I would love making them, but cannot find it on you’re website. Could you please tell me how to get the recipe for them. Love what you do and I am just beginning to go vegan. Also you look great and healthy but I cannot understand how you lost so much weight eating all these dates and bananas ectopic, could you explain how this can be possible. Keep up the good work and thank you for being such a good cook.

Hi Anja, you are really an inspritation. I have a question about your breakfast. Did you have really four bananas plus other fruits for breakfast? It seems too much, how can you drink all that? I had a one banana smoothie and I thought I was going to explode. Anyway I will follow your suggestions, they are really delicious everything you make.
Yes, I did. I just eat until I’m full. I often drink large smoothies over a long time. It’s always best to eat whole foods, but sometimes I do like smoothies. Never force yourself to have more than your stomach tells you to have.
